This project was carried out to design the best way to implement a new status for the compliance of phone numbers in Twilio's Console. The Design process involved a redesign of the product flow, UX and UI proposal for the new feature in Console, and user validation with internal users and customers. This was a product, design and engineering effort from the start to the end. Deliverables: - Existing user flow - Ideal user flow - Design mockups - Interaction Specs for Engineering handover
