A Design research process to find and validate business assumptions for creating a new product portfolio for the retired population of Colombia. We conducted interviews with users and product managers to understand the motivations on both sides to have a banking product that differs from the current market offer. We reached to the proposal of the experience tracks that were based upon the customer journeys of the personas. This information was key for the Management area to layout the strategy for the new service and product portfolio of this customer segment.
