Address are an important part of product compliance. This project focused on improving the data quality that was being entered to our system, by improving how users created and managed address in the Console. This included a user research process of the product's usability, an ideal flow creation, mockups of the new designs, and a final user testing to validate assumptions and refine details. The result was a modal that solved most of the accesibility, usability, data management concerns, and at the same time was flexible enough to be implemented in different parts of the Console.
