Design process to create a pioneer web application to allow enterprises to open digital bank accounts in the Bogota Bank. The product had 3 different user flows: one for the 'account opener', another for the 'legal representative' to authorize the opening, and a final one for the internal user to oversee and internally approve the process. This project implied a trust challenge, since the enterprise banking ecosystem has a lot of concerns about the security issues that can be created by having digital interactions. Multiple iterations with customers and internal users were carried out so that the product could be validated and refine before putting it live.
