When the pandemic hit Colombia, the goverment establish a series of monetary aid for enterprises and employees. As a result of this new regulation, all banks were obliged to have two digital platforms for the entrepreneurs and employees to upload the documentation and request these benefit. This project presented a challenge due to the short time we had to go live, and the unclear regulatory requirements that were given while the product was being developed. As a result of a coordinated effort between Design, Engineering, Product and Legal we took were able to deliver these apps on time to support the entrepreneurs and employees that were urged to get these government benefits.
